General Telephone System Inc.

Today, January 29, 2008 i've experience my worst internet connection from General Telephone System Inc. I was subscribed to DSL 384 kbps. Paying 1850 php. every month.

Today my speed is = 1.90 kb/s

Approx. 27 hours & 10 minutes to download 95.7 mb.

And paying 1850 Php every month

Lately my download speed is 35kbps, that is fine for me. but last week GTSi informed me that they are going to UPGRADE Their SERVER for better internet Connection and service. SERVER needs to be OFFLINE to make those UPGRADE.

At first i was glad and and excited for that UPGRADE. They started to OFFLINE about 12:00 noon and resume around 5:00 pm.

But when they resume internet service and start their operation again i noticed that there is something wrong! . . . I think that is not upgrade. . . . they only worsen their connection.

I called them in the next day at early in the morning and ask why my connection is as slow as 12kbps. Lately it is 35kbps. they say there is no problem with the server and its operate normally. i thought that maybe the problem is in my computer, maybe i need to reformet my PC.

OK i reformat my PC and installed my programs again and start checking the true SPEED of GTSi Internet Connection. but i am not mistaken. it is their true NEW SPEED. I'm tired of complaining

with this problem co'z they always replied my the same old answer.

As of now i was stock with this Internet Connection from GTSi beco'z in our place i have no choice other than GTSi for internet service. And i was paying 1850 php / 384 kbps every month for this INTERNET SERVICE.
